Dear Mr. Jeff Meadows, I am not satisfied with the service that I received on 6/14 (Tuesday). Before I brought my car to Plaza Motor for oil change and check-up, I inspected my car for any damage at home first, and there wasn't any damage. Scott Treece (service guy) didn't even have courtesy to tell me that there was damage, I had to find out my. After he walked back the his office, and I opened my door, I noticed huge black stains on the car door and the carpet on both passenger side and driver side but I didn't complain cause I could clean it myself. I brought my car back home and told my husband about it. He inspected my car thoroughly and also noticed more damage on opposite side. I brought my car back to Plaza the next day. The service manager (don't remember his name) refused to fix all the damage that was caused by Plaza. He told me that it cause due to my driving by rocks. Mr. Meadows, I didn't drive my car much anymore except to school and back which is only 2 miles from where I live, and I drive at the speed limit (25mph). There is no way I can damage. So far my car has only a little over 700 miles on it. I would appreciate it if you could fix all the damage that is done to my car and repaint. And in a near future (which is never now), I can't let anyone test drive my car except for what it is needed (oil change and tune-up, etc.)cause they show no respect other belonging. They have lost my respect and my opinion about Plaza. Jawa (Star War fan)
