Scott Campbell and his boss, Jim, were terrific. One guy noted that I appeared frustrated (I was, mildly) and seemed very determined to address the issue on my behalf but that was right when Bill came to retrieve me to finish the paperwork and payment. The meeting with Bill is where my experience dipped. I appreciate he is just doing his job, but I was not interested in any up selling of the extended warranties or product offerings and my firm decline was met with a notable disappointment on his part and a shift in his demeanor and the meeting dynamic that made me really tense and uncomfortable. It is unfortunate as that is the last step in the process and so it is the feeling I am left with as I walk out of the dealership. More

Scott, Ryan, and Richie were great to work with. Made the car-buying process straightforward and convenient. Purchased a CPO LS last year from Mr. Buffa. Regrettably had to sell it couple of months later due to other unforeseen circumstances. Mr Buffa was a nice sales person.
