Had an appointment for an oil change at 2:00 PM today. Drove into the service bay at 1:55 PM and was told an advisor would be able to assist me and directed to the lounge. Waited until 2:30 PM with no contact from anyone before deciding to leave. It was only when asking that the garage door be opened that someone identifying themself as a service manager came to discuss my concern. They apologized and in doing so tried to kept me even longer. I nevertheless decided to leave because there was no way I was going to have a rushed service performed on my vehicle to make up for the lost time. This is my first luxury vehicle and I chose to have service done by the dealer while under warranty. Because of the poor service, I do not think I will be returning to Plaza. More
