I purchased my 2023 Buick Encore GX from this dealership in 2022. I when it suddenly didn’t start on Tuesday, Michael Troutner and Jason Dietrich immediately sent someone to jump start it, take it into the in 2022. I when it suddenly didn’t start on Tuesday, Michael Troutner and Jason Dietrich immediately sent someone to jump start it, take it into the shop and evaluate the problem. Mike kept me informed throughout the whole procedure and let me know what they were going to do about the problem. I could not ask for anyone to be more helpful, kind and courteous. Indeed, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional from the courtesy shuttle drivers to Mike and Jason. I highly recommend this dealership! More
