Steve Tong took care of getting another chip ordered and installed for me. He also got me a loaner car for the day. The whole Spitzer Staff was friendly in asking me if there was anything that they could do installed for me. He also got me a loaner car for the day. I was pleased with the service on our GMC Sierra Pick-up. Travis Ramsey waited on me promptly upon my arrival. The waiting area was comfortable and the service was performed quickly.
