I was not pressured or guided to more expensive models. She and her trainee took their time with me and answered my many questions. They were kind and friendly and patient too! They also were very knowledgeable about their vehicles. I found the financial representative and the manager of the dealership as well as other sales associates to be just as cordial and professional as my salesperson! I even asked people in my town who were driving cars from Spitzer how they were treated and how their vehicle was performing before I bought my Jeep and they all gave positive feedback! All the staff represented Spitzer well and now I have my brand new Jeep Renegade! More

2018 Kia Stinger Purchase Staff was very curtious, helpful, and patient with all my many questions. They allowed me to investigate and purchase my new car at my own pace. They were very forthright with obtaining pricing and locating the vehicle I ended up getting. Very nice product line. I was constantly amazed with vehicle's quality, craftmanship, styling and available features. Kia web site was also helpful determining package options.
