I wish I had asked more individuals for their names, but every person I encountered at Spitzer of Mansfield was wicked nice. They never give me a hard time when I'm running late to get my oil changed. Tim t every person I encountered at Spitzer of Mansfield was wicked nice. Tim took the time to answer every single (fairly stupid) question I had, including showing me the location of my windshield washer reservoir... which was super obvious... after also showing me how to open the hood. They even gave my Jeep its first desperately needed bath. I wouldn't take the time to write a novella-length comment if I didn't appreciate their customer service. . More

They did not fix my truck. I had to supply the parts because you were unable to get them. Then it took two days to install them. It worked for six days and is even worse now. Now I was told to bring it back. They couldn't tell me when it will be fixed because they are short staffed. This is not my problem it is yours. More
