Spritzer generally care about giving their clients honest true service. Bought a brand new Dodge Durango and the entire vehicle has orange peel! After having my vehicle for five days they only attempted to have the one door fixed. When I took my car to the paint shop he explained that my WHOLE CAR would need wet sanded and buffed to see if that would resolve the issue. Instead Spitzer just had them do one door that I originally pointed out the worst spot. I explained to them before I even dropped my car off the while car needed fixed. If I could give this car back and go buy another explorer I would in a second! Buying a Dodge Durango is one of the biggest most costly expenses ever! And of course I am getting no help and no one else seems to mind but I guess it is not their money. I will be taking my car back again on Monday and talking with the service manager. The fact they have had my car multiple times and never once done anything to compensate the gas, time involved or hassle of the back in forth is absolutely ridiculous! More
