Purchased my first and last vehicle from this dealership. This place is nothing by but miscommunication and passing the buck. Purchased my vehicle with it covered in dog hair and dirt on the floor boards and This place is nothing by but miscommunication and passing the buck. Purchased my vehicle with it covered in dog hair and dirt on the floor boards and a stain on the headrest of a seat and was told “our detailers are old and don’t have good attention to detail”. Also was told that the tint on my window was going to be fixed after detailers tore the tint on my window taking off the window sticker and was told by the salesman I purchased the car from that the GM themselves said that it would be fixed by them due to their detailers messing up but then to be told ALL the tint gets removed cause their own in house tint guy I guess only does removal and not install? Even the manager I dealt with said not my problem we did what we can we’re done trying to help you out further. Best part I still have flakes of tint on my windows so guess they don’t do removal either. More
