I got an oil change, the vehicle leaked all the oil out afterwards and now I am battling this situation with Spitzer. Although the spitzer team has been accommodating I now have a vehicle that has been dri afterwards and now I am battling this situation with Spitzer. Service was never preformed. Received a call stating they inflated my tires and nothing was on the history. Picked up the Jeep the icon was still on showing all tires were low. We were told by trust worthy mechanic we do have a issue on our history. Called the manager , Wolford, regarding concerns and he began yelling on the phone. So I will NEVER tell anyone to buy a jeep there!!!! You would like to believe the manager would address concerns. Drove home and sleet began with all 4 tires low. More

The price for a battery and lug nuts is ridiculous. I declined those recommendations. Can get them much cheaper elsewhere. I would love to be able to buy those items from you but why would I at thos I declined those recommendations. Can get them much cheaper elsewhere.
