I bought my car at Spitzer in 2017 because of the great customer service I received from the sales team. The service team has continued to be very good. Linda Briggs took over a few years ago from someone customer service I received from the sales team. The service team has continued to be very good. Linda Briggs took over a few years ago from someone I felt was a very profession and competent individual. I thought my satisfaction would go down, but Linda Briggs has a slightly more personal approach and makes you feel very comfortable about decisions for service with my vehicle. I am overall pleased with the service I have been receiving with the Spitzer service center. As long as I continue to feel I am important to them as a customer I will use their services. More

I have NOT had a good experience with service at this dealership. My 1st issue was I purchased $2500 worth of Mopar OEM upgrades for my Jeep Wrangler. I scheduled an online appointment for a Saturday. dealership. My 1st issue was I purchased $2500 worth of Mopar OEM upgrades for my Jeep Wrangler. I scheduled an online appointment for a Saturday. I arrived at the dealership only to find out they don't do what I scheduled on a Saturday. Apparently they do not review the requested work before they put in on the schedule. I took it back during the week only to then learn they were not able to access the work that needed to be done. Yes they changed me for their time. Most recently I contacted this dealership concerning a Jeep Technical Service Bulletin issue with corrosion. I did not receive a return phone call or a response to my email to service. When I was finally able to get ahold of the service manager, He completely blew me off and said "We are NOT dealing with this at this time" How does a 5 star Jeep dealership get away with walking away from a warranty issue? My last 8 vehicles have been Chrysler products. My last 8 vehicles have been Chrysler products. This will most likely be my last and I will absolutely not buy from Chrysler of Mansfield. More
