Service advisor reported a problem stating that there was an issue with serpentine and idler, vehicle was making a noise. We reported that noise 2 years prior while the vehicle was still under warranty, and an issue with serpentine and idler, vehicle was making a noise. We reported that noise 2 years prior while the vehicle was still under warranty, and the service dept. said at that time the noise was normal. Now they say it can not be covered at this point seeing how our warranty has expired. Still waiting on a return phone call from the service advisor about this issue being taken care of. It has now been a few days with no word. Also, the rear brakes and rotors were replaced and the tech did not reset the brake life sensor, so I had to have the vehicle taken back in the garage to have that fixed. More

I live 4 hours from spitzers I spoke with Keith Barlett on the phone a few days before making the trip out the truck was everything they said it was they gave me a great number on my trade and took extreme on the phone a few days before making the trip out the truck was everything they said it was they gave me a great number on my trade and took extremely good care of me.
