The salesman was pleasant but didn't have any idea what the status of the truck was. It was to be seal coated and detailed for pickup yet it was dirty. He never even checked it. Sent my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for wind damage repairs, they sprayed primer all over my new vehicle, off-set the hood, and did not properly address the damage on my driver's side. My disappointment starts with paying so much for a new truck and then having the engine fail at low mileage . I was given a GM truck for a loaner and it leaked oil bad . It took too long to first replace truck and then having the engine fail at low mileage . I was given a GM truck for a loaner and it leaked oil bad . It took too long to first replace the valve lifters and then find out that was not the problem . The motor was bad and had to be replaced . Again , when you pay this much for a vehicle it should never fail like this under 100,000 mileage . More
