He was very patient with my FIL as he realized that he did not like the hoods on the Malibu or Cruise. He asked us to wait a moment and he brought around a used 2016 Malibu. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a women and of a certain age. He asked what I was looking for and my price range. Once armed with that info he wanted to know if I wanted to lease or buy and layed out what it would look like and the services that would be included whichever way I went. I decided to lease. He was very knowledgeable in the area of leasing which was important to me since this would be my first lease. Also my previous vehicle was very old and all the new ones have all kinds of gadgets. When showing me the ins and outs of how they worked he was very patient in answering my questions and even offered to stop by my home, gave me his cell if I had any questions after my purchase. They also filled up my gas tank before I left! Highly recommend Spitzer! My daughter came along with me and she will be going back to see Mitch for her new car! Thank you so much!! More
