Great Dealership Spitzer is a great dealership I bought my car off Andy and sent my family in, and all have been happy. He always takes care of us. As stress free as it could get To start, I am first time car buyer. In this world it is easy to be taken advantage of as a first time car buyer if you have not done your research. I To start, I am first time car buyer. In this world it is easy to be taken advantage of as a first time car buyer if you have not done your research. I saw an online listing and I decided to give Spitzer Automotive a call. Will Pickens picked up the phone and told me my Kia Soul that I was interested in was still there. I had been to a few other dealerships and they decided to try the salesmanship game and I stick to my guns. Will simply wanted to make a sale and did so in a very professional manner. When I arrived he was waiting on my mother and I. I didn't have to ask for the CarFax or for any information. He had it ready so that we could get things rolling and go for a test drive. The pricing at Spitzer was also great. My Kia Soul has less than 17,000 miles and the price was about 3k less than market value for basically a brand new car. Will explained there process of value pricing and again he was super informative. He was also kind and was nice enough to show me how work my Bluetooth system and set up phone contacts. Just overall a seamless first car buying experience. Please go and give Will Pickens a call. He is a class act in an industry where people are very decietful. My mom will be in the market for a new vehicle in a few months, and wants to get her Chevy Trax through Spitzer and Will. Again, can't say enough good things. More
