Carol had the knowlege and she showed her talent in showing me my car I travel several miles to go to this dealership. I also meet people there that are driving many more miles that I do to use this dealer. Although we both have GM dealers a lot closer. The maintance area is very friendly and they take care to explain each and everything they are doing to your car. I have recomended this dealship to my friends and they do buy their cars their also. I purchased my brand new 08 Chevy Tahoe from Shawn Sweitzer, he was and still is the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. My Tahoe was a surprise Christmas gift from my husba Sweitzer, he was and still is the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. My Tahoe was a surprise Christmas gift from my husband, and Shawn found the exact truck I wanted and he even put a HUGE red bow on it when my husband brought me in to pick it up. Whenever I bring my Tahoe in for service he always makes a point to come into the waiting room and say hi. This spring in addition to my Tahoe, we are looking to purchase a Chevy Cruze and we will be looking for Shawn to once again help us choose our new car. But, uh sorry Shawn, you can't have my Tahoe. It'll be a long time before I even think about parting with that truck. I still love it!! The service dept. personnel are great too. The service writers know me and my kids by name when I come in (my first name too, not just my last name), and they always give my twin girls cookies. This makes the wait way more enjoyable and my girls don't mind sitting for awhile while my Tahoe gets an oil change. It's nice to be able to come into a dealership where everyone is so friendly. We'll be seeing everyone soon!! More
