There are a few details that I would like to clear up so that we can properly address this issue if that is all right. There seems to be some confusion as to where you purchased your vehicle. There is no Trevor at our North Canton store. Which location did you purchase your vehicle from? Also, do you remember the name of the finance manager that you dealt with? Yes, you are correct. The dealership we leased our car was from North Jackson - Spitzer. All the above is true with a little more issues I felt I did not need to speak about. Long story short...I left a message for Barry, the GM (at North Jackson Spitzer)which he never returned my vmail that I left him. The reason I posted on your site is so it would gain attention to the Spitzer dealerships and maybe someone would have the common courtesy to call me. As the GM from North Jackson does not seem to want our business as I purchased 5 new cars in 9 years and the lease was the most recent. I deal with customer (patient) complaints as well and I truly am not one to complain or certain take the time out of my busy day to post comments, but I truly feel this Spitzer dealership was shady on the way everything occurred and not to mention the misleading finance manager. I am in a position (fortunately)that I can deal with all this issues and finance issue....but someone else or family may not be able too. ** Trust me, please contact Trevor at this dealership and he will tell you all the issues....if it was not for him trying to make everything right as he is the poor account manager, while everyone above him does not care about his sale, nor repeat business. I feel bad for Trevor, because I will not refer anyone to him because of Spitzer. Thank you for listening.
