I wasn't too keen to find out service was no longer open on Saturdays because of the inconvenience due to my work schedule, but Jason Cheney did a great job of reassuring me they would pick my car up at wor on Saturdays because of the inconvenience due to my work schedule, but Jason Cheney did a great job of reassuring me they would pick my car up at work, complete the oil change and repairs, and return my car to me. Then my schedule changed, so they arranged simply pick me up and take me to the dealership instead even with the short notice. I am very pleased with how Jason handled things and will continue to have my car serviced at Spitzer Lordstown. More
