We originally went to this dealership to test drive a vehicle that we saw on their website. We requested a test drive online and Brianna called the next morning to finalize the details. When we arrived, vehicle that we saw on their website. We requested a test drive online and Brianna called the next morning to finalize the details. When we arrived, Scott Wineberg from sales showed us the car. It wasn’t what we were looking for, but Scott took the time to show us 3 other cars that were available that he thought we might like. We ended up purchasing one of the cars he recommended. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles available and we appreciated his efforts to find us the right vehicle for our needs. Mitch Canby from the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. He clearly enjoys his job and made the finance process seem less painful if that’s possible. We are very pleased with our purchase and the experience we had buying our car from Spitzer Ford. More

Morgan the salesperson was great. Not so great was the unwillingness of the manager to match the price they had on the car 2 wks previously or the finance guy pushing a 3rd party veh Not so great was the unwillingness of the manager to match the price they had on the car 2 wks previously or the finance guy pushing a 3rd party vehicle service contract that obviously didn't want to hear "no". Very sloppy, they did not reconnect all the wire and hose keepers, about 7-8 of them! Left tools laying at bottom of the windshield!
