Everyone there is very nice, and it was good to know that the other sales-people were equally excited for my purchase. As a woman who has had bad experiences other places, I don't ever feel uncomfortable while I'm waiting for service, and they don't talk down to me when I don't understand information about cars or parts. I will continue to choose Spitzer in Dubois for all of my buying and service needs in the future because those attributes are important to me. Thank you, again, for all of your help! P.S. As a Women and an individual they made me feel incompetent and dumb. My heat shield melted on my exhaust on my brand new 2021 F250. Not one, not two, but three men that worked there said that part incompetent and dumb. My heat shield melted on my exhaust on my brand new 2021 F250. Not one, not two, but three men that worked there said that part did not exist. One got under the car and said it was packaging material. I knew what it was, I told them what it was. Yet again. I was told the part does not exist so they wouldn't take a further look or fix it. 2 months later Ford comes out with recall on my truck... for the heatshield melting onto the exhaust. Also, one of my wipers broke. They said I would not get seen for 3 weeks. At least. Also a recall now. I'll drive further to another dealership since it seems I'll be frequently there with the new 2021 F250. More
