They were all very nice and polite. Ian Carr was our salesman and he was extraordinary!! I wish more people cared as much as he does. The dealership was not pushy at all but still considerate in meeting our needs. We ordered our van and it came in sooner than what everyone expected which was good. There was a miscommunication on the dvd player which it did not have when it came in. One of the main reasons we went to the touring edition. The dealership discounted the price a little and is working to get a solution. We would strongly suggest this dealership to others and this is our first ever Honda vehicle and the great experience gives us excitement that we made the right choice. More

My husband stopped in to check out SUV’s. We’ve been looking around at local dealers. He called and told me to get ready that you had the vehicle I’ve been looking for. We were there 10 minutes later and I looked at it and went for a ride. We started the paperwork that day and picked it up a couple days later. I thank Ian Carr for my new favorite Honda CRV. More

Had to drop my vehicle off at the service center for an issue with the undercarriage. John Stine and the service team were able to work my vehicle in promptly and call me with the solution to the issue and issue with the undercarriage.
