The dealership was nice, my sales contact, Pete Brown was very professional and personable. Two issues that were on the negative side of my deal were first, I had to wait two days to complete the trade becau very professional and personable. Two issues that were on the negative side of my deal were first, I had to wait two days to complete the trade because there is only one person, I believe his name is Dennis, who can do the paperwork to complete a vehicle purchase. This was not Dennis's fault and he was also a very nice person. It just reflects poorly on the dealership. My second problem was that I told both Pete and Dennis that I would not have stopped at Spitzer for a vehicle were it not for a young man named Hunter Patton. Hunter works at a different Spitzer dealership in Dubois as a vehicle detailer. He is also a high school student in Brookville where my wife works. Hunter is friends with my wife and he repeatedly told her to make sure I didn't just check for a car in Brookville, where we live. He said I should check out Spitzer in Dubois....which I ultimately did. Both Pete and Dennis said they would see that Hunter got recognition / referral for the sale. It's going on the second week now and Hunter has heard nothing. Aside from these two issues, my experience at Spitzer Honda was a good one. .... John Blazosky More
