Alyssa Miller was very helpful and informative of what was wrong with my CRV and even checked and supplied a dealer vehicle to use while all the problems were fixed which was to take roughly two hours. Approved us over the phone. We drove 1.5 hours to an appointment they set up. Then only allowed us to select from 1 vehicle. Had $3,000 in cash for deposit and make regular paym We drove 1.5 hours to an appointment they set up. Then only allowed us to select from 1 vehicle. Had $3,000 in cash for deposit and make regular payments every 2 weeks. Lost 2 good sales and customers based on erroneous judgments. Financing is not a true option at this dealership. You must have 90% down towards the purchase price. Better to keep saving money and buy a car with straight cash. More
