Just purchased our 3rd Honda (went with a Passport Trailsport this time)...again, was a pleasure to work with Ian Carr (sales guy)...he called us regularly with updates on the status of our vehicle du Trailsport this time)...again, was a pleasure to work with Ian Carr (sales guy)...he called us regularly with updates on the status of our vehicle during production and transport...patiently and thoroughly addressed our questions and concerns during the vehicle selection process...never felt pressured or pushed. Given the large amount of paperwork currently involved in new car buying these days, Mr. Clark (paperwork guy) had everything prepared and organized, and he explained each document thoroughly. No complaints, would have liked a bit more for my trade-in, but I do understand that the current market isn't in my favor. Now, with the change in ownership, I'm hoping we'll be as pleased with the service dept. under Spitzer as we were under Murray. More
