John Stine, last week, did me a great favor by keeping track during February of my possible need for a tire valve which had become difficult to obtain, and when he finally had one, called me and set up an immediate appointment. This was most helpful to me and gave me a good feeling about the dealer's, and John's, appreciation of customer's needs. I value this because my 2010 model will be aging and requiring more service.
