I was "mistakenly" charged for services that were prepaid for when purchased, and also charged bogus charges for shop supplies that did not exist. The workers were polite, and I can only say good things about them. It is probably normal for big dealer shops to charge big money for small jobs, I normally use small shops that are more honest about parts and labor cost.
