This was the second time I have had my Honda Accord to Spitzer Honda for checkup maintainance, this time was also inspection. Both times my initial person was Alyssa Miller. She was very helpful, very ple Spitzer Honda for checkup maintainance, this time was also inspection. Both times my initial person was Alyssa Miller. She was very helpful, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very accomodating. It is service people like she that keep me coming back. Also a gentleman named Bill (last name unknown) was so very nice and explained what they were going to do. Then when i picked my car up, a younger fellow (i forget his name) was so very helpful, he expained what had been done and answered any questions to my satisfaction. All three were excellent. More
