This was my first time buying a new car. I am 25 and 2 years out of college. I shopped around at different dealers. Some close some far until I came to Rick Case in Euclid. Mike Lesko was able to give me years out of college. I shopped around at different dealers. Some close some far until I came to Rick Case in Euclid. Mike Lesko was able to give me a deal that almost beat the lowest average price on Kelly's blue book on my new cross-tour. He was really flexible with payments and the final price. I felt like an individual not a commissions check when I went there. Mike was very nice, straight to the point, made the buying process very easy. The knowledge he had really sold the deal. Lastly, The finance department was very clear and went over every detail that I had questions about. Since the experience was so delightful, my next car purchase will be from Rick Case in Euclid. Since our experience was so great there, my father went back the following week and bought the last cross-tour before the 14's rolled in. I am writing this review to let others who may want to know where to go to purchase or lease a new car or to bring their car to for service, this is Rick Case Honda of Euclid, Ohio. I have been a customer of Rick Case Honda since 01/2011 and I continue coming back to them for service ever since I leased my 2010 Honda Fit Sport through an excellent sales representative at that time, Jeff Edge. Jeff was not a typical rep, did not give the "pushy" buy-buy from us spiel that I have dealt with from other dealerships, he allowed you to feel comfortable asking any questions and then in turning him giving honest answers through what you could tell was from his knowledge of the cars he was responsible for selling and knowing, as well as his knowledge of all the offers he could make available to you by being a customer of their dealership. When the time came to renew my lease, I was already in love with my Honda Fit Sport and was close to parting with it for a newer one, but I wanted to explore all the options of purchasing or leasing a new Honda Fit Sport or just buying out my current one. Jeff Edge now a manager there was more than willing to work with me and set me up with one of his sales staff that also made me feel comfortable working with, as Jeff remembered me and how I did not like the sales pitch speeches that others give you from other dealerships where you literally feel like a hostage there rather than a customer. I ended up staying with my Honda Fit Sport, I changed from a lease to a purchase, as I was able to keep my same payments and not put any additional money down to do so. The Financial representative that I worked with too was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions even about the extra insurance coverage you could purchase when you changed your lease into a buy, which I did end up purchasing as well. Throughout my time as being a customer of their dealership, I have brought my car there to be serviced numerous times for oil changes, tire problem due to a nail, etc.; however, during the last few visits I have had the pleasure to work with a service representative, Deanetta Whitlow, she is an individual that goes the extra mile to take care of you, to ensure that all your maintenance questions are answered and service needs met and is on top of them as well to make sure you get out of there in a timely fashion with the satisfaction and confidence that your vehicle was well taken care of. She is an exemplary service representative with her knowledge of the cars, what they need, providing you options in servicing them, making you feel at ease in having them serviced by them and treating you like a friend, even should I say family, not just a customer of their dealership. With my latest service visit there to have a bulb replaced, I felt that I had to express someway my thanks and appreciation of her exemplary customer service and my overall satisfaction in dealing with Rick Case Honda of Euclid, so this is what I am doing by freely posting this review hoping others will benefit from it and hopefully find a new "home" at this dealership with their car needs. If I knew the name of whom I believe was their Parts Manager who was leaving for the night, as I pulled in my car right before closing but he jumped right in to help a customer and not oversell them in buying two bulbs instead of just the one that had burnt out, as I had asked if I should go ahead and purchase a bulb for the headlight that was not yet burnt out, I would list his name here too and also the name of their cashier, who has always been friendly and helpful in answering questions about their dealership as well, I would post her name here too, as she too has made my experience of being a customer of theirs feel more like being a friend, not just a customer. This being said, I guess the best thing I am trying to say is when you walk into their dealership be prepared for a better experience, a refreshing one after having dealt with too many dealerships where the staff treat you more like a dollar sign than an individual. More

I have dealt with Mike Lesko twice in the last six months, once to buy an Odyssey, and now to buy an Accord. I deal with sales in my career and can say Mike is top notch. In order to help us pick up our new car at a time that worked for us, Mike came in on his day off to help us get the paper work done. I did a lot of research on model/make/dealership before I shopped, online and in person. Michael Lesko made an experence I dread quite enjoyable. I am 55 and have owned many new cars in my lifetime. NEVER have I had any car salesman add such a "personal touch" like Michael. His communication, both in person and over the phone is great, not pushy but informative. He spent hours with me and when I left he made sure I knew all the "bells an whistles" on the car and has done a follow up car just to make sure I was happy! I wanted to thank Rick Case Honda, especially Sales Rep Michael Lesko, for the exemplary service provided to me through my purchasing process of my brand new Honda Civic. Michael took his time and patience to show me all of the options provided in my car, such as programming my Bluetooth, and explaining every other feature, so that when I drove off the lot I would be taking full advantage of all my Honda Civic's every option/feature. Michael is a great asset to Rick Case Honda, and should be commended. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. He made my decision stress free and exciting. My Honda Civic is awesome! The maneuverability and safety in driving through Ohio's inclement weather in my Honda Civic have been awesome. I just love, love, love my new car! More

I was on my way to another dealership when I decided I'd stop in at Rick Case. Mr. Lesko listened to my needs. He was not rushing or in a hurry to go somewhere else. He then, told me all the features of the Honda Fit, then went out to get that car ready for me to try. During that time, I checked out the vehicles that were in the show room and just outside the showroom, and there was the Insight! So we looked at that and again he described all the features. We test drove both of these selections. He was able to give me prices on both vehicles, and I elected to lease the Honda Insight. This took about 2 hours of his time. I needed to be at other appointments so I left with his promise to check on my credit. He also took my insurance information, so that was handled for me too, just in case my credit passed muster! He would call me before the day was out....and he did! I leased the car. Mr. Lesko sat with me and showed me all the features, programmed the Bluetooth, showed me how to work all the technology, promised he'd show me AGAIN, and as many times after that so I feel comfortable with my new Honda. This is the BEST service I've ever received upon purchasing a vehicle....I LOVE MY HONDA....dealership! Needless to say, thanks to Mike Lesko, I never made it to the competitor down the road! More

I did online research and called Rick Case Honda for test drive of new Honda Civic. He is very professional, friendly and truly understands the meaning of customer service. After the road test, Rice Case offered me a better price beating other offers. I drove almost 60 miles to Euclid, OH to meet with them and they truly honored what they spoke on phone. My area dealers did not gave me the offer Rice Case has given and I did not fill the pressure at all. For any concern or issue they immediately resolved it. I bought new cars so many times but the team work and real customer experience I felt was amazing and totally positive. Mike Lesko is an outstanding sales manager know what customer wants and deals with utmost professionalism and open to listen concerns and take care of them. He really differentiates in service and provided value. I would definitely recommends Rick Case to my friends and family and suggest to meet Mike Lesko, Jeff Budge and Rick Petcher for help.
