My overall experience was good! I received a message stating that my car was due for maintenance so I scheduled an appointment. Fortunately, I was having an issue with my horn as well so I was able to get that looked at and repaired. So it wasn't a wasted trip after all! More

I told them what the problem was and knew i’d need a new seat belt but they made me make an appointment and sit for 90 minutes to tell me I needed a new seatbelt that needed to be ordered. I wanted them to order the seatbelt before I came in for the ‘evaluation’ so they could replace it once they determined that it needed to be replaced. Very disappointed in the process. We’ll see how the replacement goes once the part comes in. More
