Frustrated Buyer I had been looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for weeks when I found the exact car I wanted on the dealership's webpage. Called dealership who infor I had been looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for weeks when I found the exact car I wanted on the dealership's webpage. Called dealership who informed me that the car was available and located in the showroom. During a second conversation that same day when I mentioned that: (1) I had a discounted certificate through my employer, (2) I was financing through my credit union at a very low rate, and (3) I had no trade-in, the salesperson attitude changed. I faxed the discount certificate and was told that an invoice would be sent to me so I could initiate the purchase with my credit union. After two days and phone calls I gave up. I concluded that I was not profitable or worth it. More
