This is why people would rather go to the orthodontist than a car dealer.......... 01/10/13 12.00 noon Called the dealership directly to arrange an appointment, very specifically, to test drive a 2013 than a car dealer.......... 01/10/13 12.00 noon Called the dealership directly to arrange an appointment, very specifically, to test drive a 2013 Elantra GT with stick (they have 5 units with stock numbers 49975 49941 49911 49879 49938 listed as "in inventory" on their website). Shelley confirmed their availability and made an appointment with me at 12.45pm. I drive 25 miles to the dealership, Shelley is with another customer but Dan (sales manager) tells me someone else with go with me on the test drive. Then Shelly does show up some minutes later with a pretty lame excuse: "So sorry, but all those stock numbers are wrong and they all have automatics..........." Unbelievable!! Obviously, this is a blatant attempt at the oldest game in the car business, the "bait and switch". There's not any way in the world Hyundai corporate is going to make ONE error of this magnitude, much less FIVE. I told Shelly on the phone, and Dan in person, that I was comparison shopping against a Kia Forte 5 and a Focus hatchback, and that I wasn't buying until I had driven all three. Despite my complete honesty and frankness in my intentions, this is what I get in return---"well how about a sedan? No, ok, well then how about a 2014 model......" Well, Jeez, don't go away mad, just go away.........this is how I felt. I am totally appalled at the lack of professionalism at this dealership and I hope that someone in Rick Case corporate will give these two employees a lesson in Car Sales 101 with a remedial course in "How to drive a customer away in one easy step".... I visited the dealership to look to trade in my lease and purchase a new vehicle. I called ahead of time to let them know that I was interested in looking and would come back the next day due to the store ho purchase a new vehicle. Once I arrived I didn't even get to the front door before I was greeted and immediately began looking for a new vehicle. Matt assisted me from the beginning and was able to work out a deal that I could not refuse. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and the service that I received. This is my second car from this dealership and I will definitely be going back in the future. More

I came to Rick Case Hyundai to purchase a new Sonata and had made an appointment the day before. Shelley was waiting for me as soon as my daughter and I entered the building. He sat down and talked about what we had in mind to purchse then Shelley took time to allow us to test drive 3 vehicles. He presented me with financing options for each of the three vehicles I had test driven. We were able to take our car home the same day. There was a red spot on the passenger side door of my dark blue car. He made arrangements to have the spot buffed out later the same day around my schedule. The salesman who helped me at that time was polite and quick to respond to our needs. I have called Shelley to arrange for additional service to my vehicle and he responded to my voice mail message in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his level of customer service. Another plus for choosing Rick Case Hyundai is the additional warranty time/mileage offered that other dealerships do not offer. My car buying experience was very positive. Since the car was not available in the color that I wanted, a search located it in another city.
