The dealership itself may be under construction, but it is for improvements. The staff are all friendly and courteous. Especially Richard Carver. This dealership has earned my trust since 2014. My most recent experience included Service Advisor Richard Carver who was professional, friendly and courteous. He explained what needed to be fixed and kept me updated on the progress. I felt that I was treated like a valued customer. I appreciate that they squeezed me in during their construction and busy schedule. I would recommend the MOPAR Vehicle Protection Plan to anyone keeping their car past the original warranty. It gives you peace of mind and pays for itself if your car needs repairs. P.S. Thank you to technician Jeffrey Singer for fixing my baby. More

Gabby and Brandon assisted me during my recent visit. I was on limited time and they promised they would have me out by noon. Brandon and Gabby came through for me. Gabby kept me updated along the way an I was on limited time and they promised they would have me out by noon. Brandon and Gabby came through for me. Gabby kept me updated along the way and Brandon had my vehicle done on time. Whatever part he replaced it also has my lights on my gear shift working which they flickered on and off for a long time. Well right now they are going through a remodel so things are out of order. I had to wait for awhile for the windshield to come in and when they called first they said come in at 11 am than they called me at are out of order. I had to wait for awhile for the windshield to come in and when they called first they said come in at 11 am than they called me at 830 and said come in early so I got there about 930 and I still didn’t get out till 1130. I think there is a lack of communication somewhere. More
