The staff at Spitzer Kia Cleveland is always very kind. Belinda Frost is a great worker. My vehicle is usually ready on time, and they keep you updated during the service. Tried to have my rear hatch latch fixed I was told the warranty would cover it and to make an appointment. After dropping my car off on on Friday of the appointment, I was told the problem was electrical warranty would cover it and to make an appointment. After dropping my car off on on Friday of the appointment, I was told the problem was electrical and could require a new electrical floor harness. On Tuesday after leaving multiple messages to update my car's status, I was told they were still working on it but, I could come to pick up my car....When I arrived the car was not fixed and with NO latch on the reach hatch. Told a bunch of lies and left...Zero trust in this service department! More

Went to Spitzer Kia West to have a switch put into my Kai Soul. I was greeted by Belinda Frost. She was very kind and professional. Told me the appointment would take approximately 2 hours. Visiting Spitzer Kia on Brookpark for a service appt. turned out like visiting an old friend. Both Belinda Frost and Michael Mansoor made me feel at home. Belinda was on top of the service details and ke turned out like visiting an old friend. Both Belinda Frost and Michael Mansoor made me feel at home.
