This was the first time we have ever visited a Spitzer dealership, and I have to say this was such an AWESOME experience. From the making the phone call the night before confirming a car was on the lot t dealership, and I have to say this was such an AWESOME experience. From the making the phone call the night before confirming a car was on the lot to being there the next morning and the car was parked out front waiting for us. When we got there we were told we would need to use in house financing but we had already been approved through our bank, the salesperson we dealt with spoke to financing and we were then able to use our bank so our credit did not get pulled again. I will definitely go back in the future!!!! More

I wish I had asked more individuals for their names, but every person I encountered at Spitzer of Mansfield was wicked nice. They never give me a hard time when I'm running late to get my oil changed. Tim t every person I encountered at Spitzer of Mansfield was wicked nice. Tim took the time to answer every single (fairly stupid) question I had, including showing me the location of my windshield washer reservoir... which was super obvious... after also showing me how to open the hood. They even gave my Jeep its first desperately needed bath. I wouldn't take the time to write a novella-length comment if I didn't appreciate their customer service. . More
