Mechanics failed to top off fluids and failed to pull tires to check my brakes during the multipoint inspection. This is routine and has happened every other time i've went there except this one. More

Your visit was for an oil change service, and during our standard multipoint inspection the wheels are not removed unless brake concerns are specifically noted or requested. All fluids should have been checked and topped off as part of your service.
