Thank you for your feedback. You brought your vehicle to us for a four-wheel alignment after replacing several components yourself. During our inspection, we found that one tie rod was seized due to rust, which prevented us from making the necessary adjustment to complete the alignment properly. We provided an estimate for the replacement of that component based on current parts pricing and labor requirements. We believe there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the repair recommendation, as only the seized component affecting the alignment was discussed and quoted.
