Bought a nearly $100,000 vehicle and the dealership is not providing me with the documents that I can get a title and ownership of the vehicle and they tell me they are unable to get the title for me! Their just totally ignoring my calls; from sales, from finance and from the Titling Department. Will be calling corporate tomorrow, although little hope there. Will likely need to hire a lawyer. This is by far the most corrupt, lying, deceptive dealership ever! Brian Nelson, Topher Melton & Johnnie Hodges are crooks! They finessed me out of $1158, mis-diagnosed issue's on my car and lied about them. Told me things were not covered under the extended warranty. After I paid, the issue came back 3 days later. Then Johnnie claimed the issue was that I drove the car 1500 miles and that it was low on oil. Keep in mind that what i paid for was oil gally bolts... If they fixed that, why would it be low on oil? Then they so called fixed other things they found and those things just happen to be covered under the warranty. I asked for my $1158 back and they said no, they could not refund me for mis-diagnosing the problem. But Brian Nelson told me that they couldn't refund me, but they could give me $1158 more for my car or that much off a new car if I traded my car... If you can adjust the price of a new car or give me more for my car why not just refund me? DO NOT SHOP AT SPORT DURST!!! These guys are great when selling you a car, but the ABSOLUTE WORST when you have an issue! This review may not get my money back, but it is a WARNING to others!!! Brian Nelson, Johnnie Hodge, Topher Melton, hope you guys are proud of yourselves. You all got $1158... But I will NEVER BUY FROM SPORT DURST again. And I'm going to tell any and everyone not to shop there! More
Inept and incompetent Parts employee Eddie Invoice 132114k. Not only wasted my time on the phone but put the part in the wrong box to be overnight shipped. The box he placed the part in had hazardous 132114k. Not only wasted my time on the phone but put the part in the wrong box to be overnight shipped. The box he placed the part in had hazardous placards which was not accurate to the part. The box then would require proper documentation if it did have hazardous components. Due to this the part is held at UPS Hazardous Handling department. The employee spent more time denying the box that was used or the details than transferring me to a manager when requested and or coming up with a solution to ship another part. Terrible customer service and terrible employee. What a waste of an hour of time. Never even sent proper shipment tracking information or a formal invoice. More
First and probably my last interaction with the service department. Things started out well and my SA was awesome in communicating & letting me know what's happening. My SA is on leave and things have plummeted into a void of darkness and uncertainty. The net net is that the parts are on-site but I cannot get a firm ETA for repair. It seems I keep getting bumped in the queue perhaps because this is warranty work and pays less (I really do not know). Anyway, what started out as a reasonable exchange has now turned into the most ridiculous sequence of events. I was told should be ready the 13th maybe 14th to maybe the 17th/18th. The car was ready on the 19th. On a positive note, the work seems to be done well but time will tell if the error message comes back. If this dealer was closer, I might give them another shot however they are 30 miles from me so I'm not feeling it. The net net is that you are rolling the dice. More

I really don't know how they are receiving a 3. 7 Rating. I give them a 0.0. I had an 8:30 a.m appt. arrived ontime on 3 separate occasions 1st time I was there were 10 customers ahead of me alread 7 Rating. I give them a 0.0. Next time they told me there were 6 ahead of me and they probale wouldn't get to my vehicle that day. This last time appt at 08:30 on a Thursday morning it is now Monday they havent gotten to my car yet. I have a call in for return call fom Brian Nelson who is supposed to be over the Service Manager. Service mgr Brad promised me a call back by end of day last Friday still no call. I only came here because it is supposedly a Jeep specific issue. This is absolutely the worst Dealership I've ever dealt with. Kurt is horrible at his job, Brad gives nothing but lip service. Brian Nelson we'll see if he reaches out. They sale a car but obviously have no ASE mechanics to do the work. xxx organization. More

CHARLES PETTIFORD - Extremely useless and unresponsive and his assistant as well, I have no idea, how those people still have jobs, again, he is USELESS!!!!! NEVER can get through to anyone in that place. Managers don't give a sh..t about anything. HORRIBLE!! Do NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! More
We were visiting from out of state and had an issue with our Chrysler Pacifica and someone recommended Sports Durst. We had already researched the warning light and believed we needed a new auxiliary batte our Chrysler Pacifica and someone recommended Sports Durst. We had already researched the warning light and believed we needed a new auxiliary battery. After they ran the diagnostic test they determined we needed a new hood latch switch - so they ordered it and replaced it. On our way back home the warning comes on again - so we take the auxiliary battery out and have it tested and lo and behold - it was bad. We reached out to Sports Durst to ask them to reimburse us for the diagnostic test since it obviously was incorrect and no one had returned any calls we have made. More
