I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, from the dealership, and I must say that I did not that the dealership and some the employees that I worked with Glenn Rice, Mesha Hawkins and Ken Nichols, we dealership, and I must say that I did not that the dealership and some the employees that I worked with Glenn Rice, Mesha Hawkins and Ken Nichols, were so dishonest and nasty. I was informed by the dealership that I could not obtain this vehicle in my name because of my credit, which was a 683, so they claimed I needed a c0-signer, which was my wife. Well little did they no I contacted the NC AG Office to file a complaint because I found out furthermore that this dealership and the unscrupulous employees tacked on another 2 points on the back end of my loan. Thank God, I had the presence to contact Chrysler's CEO and they purchased the vehicle I brought from Sport Durst and told me to pick out another 2014 with upgrades at no extra charge and get this my credit score was good enough for 2.99%. All I can say is BEWARE OF THE THIS DEALERSHIP, GLENN RICE, MESHA HAWKINS and KEN NICHOLS. By the way I was able to register my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in my home state PA. I gave them the rating I have because they were very unprofessional and dishonest and If my rating is not accepted, I will no why!Because they donot want their customers to no the real truth.....They Cant Handle The Truth......... My experience with Sport Durst was amazing. From the moment I stepped out of my car there was nothing but excitement and positive energy coming from everyone I came into contact with. The customer service was impeccable, everyone we came into contact with was always making sure we being taken care of. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and was able to help me narrow down and select a vehicle, that I can truly say that I am totally happy with. I was able to not only find a vehicle that works for my growing family, but one that works with our budget. Usually making such a big decision can be a little stressful, but at Sport Durst they made every step of the process simple and easy as possible, from the greeting/sales all the way through to the finance and delivery. Really wasn't in the market for a brand new car, mostly certified preowned, however, sport durst approved me and my fiancé for a 2014 Avenger with 1000.00 down and with less than perfect credit. Very professional and patient, and did everything he could to make sure drove off with something. It was also his second day on the job but he was very comfortable and confident. I hope I get the name correct, however, Scott and Bruce was so great. Very knowledgeable, great personality, and it was a great experience overall. I am happy with my 2014 purchase and feel great that such a dealership will have faith in their customers better yet w/in themselves. If anyone in the market for a new car, go see Brandon, Scott, Bruce. They are excellent people to deal with great dealership. The only thing I would suggest is to have a coffee maker for those who have to wait a lil while.....lol.. Thanks again Sport Durst, Samantha and Raymond are truly happy customers. More

I can honestly say that my overall buying experience at Sport Durst, particularly with AJ, Jack, Bruce, and Ji, was superb. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. I was quickly and professionally assisted with determining my car buying wants and needs from a group of very knowledgeable, extremely passionate guys. I have very good credit, so my deal was made, processed, and finalized in just a few short hours. This was still very surprising to me, as I have worked with other dealerships in the past whereby I was made to wait for hours and hours only to be repeatedly disappointed and frustrated with inadequate or unfair offers. I left that afternoon extremely satisfied and have ALREADY recommended Sport Durst to several of my friends! More
They refuse to service me when I wanted to trade in a car I purchase from them that I only had for 4 days. I was sitting in Paul station for over 30 minutes. Scott refuse to service me, I had to talk to him thought the front desk person when I am standing at the front desk looking at him and he is looking at from his desk window. I also paid for a notary I did not receive. More
