Shuttle service was given an extra effort and extra mile of promptness beyond that of the regular shuttle and driver and schedule so that an elderly and not a well person like me would not have to wait for too long for it. The entire dealings were beyond the scope and standard of business of this day and age. I surely had encountered the very center of and the divine side of doing business itself----a heart, a beating heart. More
AWFUL AS ALWAYS I purchased A brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 from them on 6/1/15. I have been called in by them 3 times in the last year to come in for a trade in or to I purchased A brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 from them on 6/1/15. I have been called in by them 3 times in the last year to come in for a trade in or to lower my payments and every single time I have been told that I have negative equity which then they ask for a cosigner or a large down payment. I also have been to other dealerships to trade and also to the SECU but they tell me that I was screwed by Sport Durst when I bought this car because it is not worth what I have invested into it and I should not have this much negative equity over $7000 and that they are unable to help me due to this.. I am now at a loss and am unable to get out of this car. I am a loyal paying customer and have not had any late payments but that does matter to them. I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from Sport Durst if you don't have to. Very dissatisfied customer, Sharon Allen Thorpe More

Not Good My Tundra lease was set to expire so I came to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The entire transaction went very well up until the paperwork. I am a Flo My Tundra lease was set to expire so I came to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The entire transaction went very well up until the paperwork. I am a Florida resident leasing a car from a NC dealership. They could not figure out how to title and register the car in FL. So the decide to title and register the car in NC using the address of the campground we are staying at. Technically my car is not legal to drive as I don't have NC auto insurance, nor am I a NC resident. So now I have to wait for NC to create a title and send it to my leasing bank. Then I have to title the car in FL. Costing me more money. In the mean time Sport Durst does not return phone calls and so far today, not answering the phone. The limited conversations we have had with them, they keep telling us to get the MCO from the bank and the bank tells us to get from the dealer. Bottom line, Sport Durst screwed up. According to FL DMV Sport Durst should have no problem submitting the MCO for title to FL but they didn't. Sport Durst NEVER should have registered the car in NC. They actually did it illegally because we don't have NC insurance, no NC drivers license and we are not NC residents. They knew this from the beginning and pushed us to do this anyway. Stay away from this dealer. I also want to add this, my wife called the other day, got the operator, the operator transferred my wife to Sport Durst Jeep, person answers the phone not identifying themselves. My wife asks "who's this" employee responds "who's this? You called me". Wife explains she was transferred. Employee says "well, what do you want?" I'll let you the reader decide if this was rude or not. More
