This was my first time buying a brand new car and I had an appointment with another dealer who left because I was a few minutes late. I was then given the opportunity to work with Rashawn Bass and he was e an appointment with another dealer who left because I was a few minutes late. I was then given the opportunity to work with Rashawn Bass and he was excellent. He took his time and asked questions about the type of car I wanted and the room I needed. Ultimately he took his time over a course of a few days. Bryce Paylor helped out with the financial aspect of the deal trying his best to get the amount of payment that worked for me. I was sold a previously wrecked 2011 Hyundai sonata. My body shop explained to me that my preowned certified vehicle had in fact been damaged and repaired with bondo. There was no accident in the history body shop explained to me that my preowned certified vehicle had in fact been damaged and repaired with bondo. There was no accident in the history report which my sales consultant provided with. When I brought this to the attention of the used car director he completely blew me off and pretty much said I a female had done these things because they have all vehicles checked. I also got my oil changed and the service advisor offered me a new air filter for 55 dollars showing me on that was caked with dirt, leaves and debris. I decided not to get the service and went to o'reillys auto parts 3 months later had them pull out my cabin air filter it was white. My boyfriend had them change the other air filter it also was almost white. The service advisors have old air filters from other customers cars getting over on customers. I will never purchase another car from these people and i would advise you not to either. Sport dursts is full of con artist. Consider this a warning. More

Bruce helped us from the moment we pulled up. He's good guy, by no means overbearing throughout the process. He listened to what we were looking for and did his best to meet our needs. Only reason's i gave 4's instead of 5's is I felt we could have gotten a bit more for our trade in however i understand it's a business and they have to make money too. I'm also not sure where they got the intial pricing on the vehicle we chose. The sticker read 21,500 and they initially came out with $25000. We were able to eventually able to find a happy medium after we showed the pricing and incentives we found online. From the time we pulled in on Friday to the time we left on Saturday i think we spent about 7 hours at the dealership. We spent a LOT of time waiting on the finance team. The length of our loan was also lost in translation from the offer agreement (60 months) to the finance discussion (72 months). Scott quickly corrected the error with the agreed upon length and APR. Not sure what happened there... Otherwise everyone was kind, helpful and it was good experience. I'll also be waiting on my $25 gift card that is supposedly coming in the mail. More
