I had a pretty negative experience with Sport Durst in the past (several years ago) so I wasn't sure I wanted to go back. I stopped in last week out of curiosity and ended up buying anew car. At first I was somewhat offended on the offer they gave me for my 2009 Journey, but the dealership was willing to work with me. I have purchased 4 used cars in my life. Two from Carmax, one from University Ford and one from Rick Hendrick. Every time I have had horrible experiences. I always leave the dealership exhausted and feeling as if the car dealer got over on me. Yesterday I purchased my first new car. The experience was wonderful. My salesman was Donald McClam. Don was very straight forward with me. He knew my budget and didn't try to convince me to buy a more expensive car. I test drove the Dodge Avenger and felt like I was in the type of car that was made for me. Scott Hooper was my finance manager. The first financial institution wanted to give me an 18% interest rate with a $450 car payment. Scott pushed for a $407 car payment. I signed the papers and prepared to pickup my car the next day. When I arrived Scott told me he had found a better deal for me. I now had a car loan for 8% with a $350 car payment. It took everything in me not to cry. Scott went above and beyond. I had already signed the papers the day before. Scott didn't have to keep fighting for me. I was blown away. My delivery coordinators were Rashawn Bass and Brandy Rhanes. They were like the icing on the cake. Both of them made sure I understood the benefits of owning a Chrysler group vehicle. Rashawn talked to me about my free road side assistance and free oil changes. Brandy made sure I didn't kill myself in my new car. She showed me how to turn the head lights on, change the radio from the steering wheel and cruise control. I know that sounds simple but I'm more of a rider than a driver. By the time I left Sport Durst I felt like royalty. More
The customer service experience I received while purchasing my vehicle has been the best experience for me so far. Xavier, Rashawn and Bryce were very friendly, interactive and knowledgeable of the purchasing my vehicle has been the best experience for me so far. Bryce was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep Cherokee and took the time out of his schedule to go over every function of the vehicle. Scott Hooper worked with me to find the best loan to fit my needs and went through all of the warranties available for the vehicle. Rashawn worked with me to go over the safety features and coverage available once I bought the vehicle. He also set up my oil change and gave me a number of options to choose from. Overall I had a pleasant experience and they all made it very easy for such a major purchase. More

Even if we had left without purchasing a vehicle, we would still rate the customer service experience as being great, because we believe that great customer service is based on the effort that one put towards reaching a customer's request. Since I've never had a dodge before he answered the last of any questions I had. In the beginning I was a cheverolt person, now I am a Sports Durst person for life. I told all my friends and family to go there for theie next vehicle.I like the dealership because their customer service cannot be beat, they are very knowledgable and profeeional. Mr. Donald McLam was referred to me by someone. He was very patient and worked hard to work around my budget. When i met with MR. Scott Hooper he explain everything to me in details about the amount of th very patient and worked hard to work around my budget. When i met with MR.
