Along the way Mr. Cofield was helpful and quite informed about the vehicle from the beginning, without having to refer to an information sheet. Went Out of Their Way to Find Exactly What I Wanted. I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek for over a year. I was looking in Huntington, WV for a while and (thankfully) moved back to Jacksonville. I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek for over a year. I was looking in Huntington, WV for a while and (thankfully) moved back to Jacksonville. The Subaru dealer in WV couldn't find what I wanted, didn't attempt to find me what I wanted, and pushed a vehicle on me that wasn't what I was looking for. National was the exact opposite - I gave them an exacting list of what I wanted after some exhaustive online research, and Randy and Chris went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted. They attempted to negotiate with other dealers to find my exact vehicle. When that fell through, they offered to order me a brand new one to my exact specifications. They delivered, a week early, and with a great price. Throughout the entire process, Randy and Chris kept me constantly updated, treated me like a VIP, and were extremely professional and polite. Best car buying experience I was at National for a routine servicing on my VW "Komfort Wagon" and decided to take a look at new Passats. Matt James showed me around the lot and I was very impressed with his professional approach and knowledge about the cars I liked. I came back a few days later with my wife and met with Cory Ploch (Matt was busy with another customer and we didn't have an appointment). Cory was very helpful and took us for a test drive. We decided on the car we wanted, a TDI SEL, and Cory crunched the numbers for us. We told Cory we'd think it over and get back to him. The next day, by telephone, Cory and I discussed prices and came to an agreement. We came back to National the next working day and, since Cory was off that day, dealt with Matt again. He had the car ready, all paperwork in order and answered all our questions. After everything was signed and sealed, Matt spent probably two hours giving us a clear, in-depth briefing on the car's systems and invited us to come back when we had further questions (an invitation he will probably regret).
