It is important to know that Acura of Riverside is a brand new dealership and has nothing to do with the old Acura dealership in Riverside. Although I've read bad reviews about this dealership, I still brand new dealership and has nothing to do with the old Acura dealership in Riverside. Although I've read bad reviews about this dealership, I still gave it a try because my goal was to get the best deal. I was skeptical in the beginning because we made our deal entirely via email. I was afraid that they were not going to honor the deal and made us go through a 10-hour ordeal. We initially worked with Ileen Garibay and then Misty Gonzalez came later. Both Ileen and Misty provided excellent service but Misty was the one who made it personal. She followed through with every question we asked and was very patient. Misty was also very helpful and efficient. She replied to our email very promptly. She is not pushy and treated us with respect. She is not your typical salesperson. My wife and I fell in love with her wonderful personality. Their General Manager is very friendly and even came to say hi to us. When you deal with Misty and this dealership, you feel like you can totally trust them. They were very accommodating and gave us a good value on our trade-in. And they also gave us a terrific deal on our 2011 MDX. When we went back to the dealership to install the side-step, they even gave us a ZDX as a loaner. I want to recommend Misty and this dealership with all my heart. Please don't believe the bad reviews and give yourself and this dealership a chance.
