Dealer experience was good. They need to tell people about the fact there are 2 dealers with the Spreen Honda name in close proximity that are easily confused. Also to bring a checkbook these 2 facts co about the fact there are 2 dealers with the Spreen Honda name in close proximity that are easily confused. Also to bring a checkbook these 2 facts cost me about 4 hours driving. Seriously who uses a checkbook anymore? Pricing was good but they did not honor their advertise deal of “ We will beat ANY quote by $500 Dollars off*” They said my quote was already very aggressive and that was just to bring in customers. I think ANY is pretty clear here and was disappointed they would not honor the ad statement. They should be more careful here. I thought my deal was good but with that statement they could be easily sued for false advertising. Also they seemed to claim the Honda loyalty incentive but did not share that savings with me. Other than that it was a good experience. The car is very nice and they were very friendly. More

So I obtained a pre-approved auto loan with my credit union and started shopping on their online website for a used car. I had a car I needed to trade in that I was upside down on but no longer suited ou union and started shopping on their online website for a used car. I had a car I needed to trade in that I was upside down on but no longer suited our families needs. Well when inquiring on the prices of the cars on the website it notifies the dealer that has the car, and salesmen start calling you. When Honda called me I explained my situation, and they talked me into coming in just to see what they could do for me. When running my credit, they talked me into purchasing a new car from them with a better interest rate then my pre-approval loan. Now I admit I was a difficult customer. I was nervous about buying my first new car and my trade in, was driving up the cost of my new car. I did not make the purchase that day. I went home and worked the numbers out with our salesman over the phone for a few days. We finally decided on a day and time for me to go in and finally make the purchase. He seemed a little annoyed and stopped answering my texts the day of my appointment. I still went in and when I got there he only came out to ask me what I decided to do and when I told him I was ready to buy, he sent another person to close the deal. I saw him several times after that and he never talked to me again. No congrats, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Even the guy I sat with to sign all the papers was not too friendly. I do give our salesman credit for working with me over the phone, showing me different scenarios and helping me find what worked for me, I just wished my actual purchase was a bit more pleasant. Not one person congratulated us on our purchase. More
