This is a dealer that I will not recommend to anyone, especially the veteran community. The purchase was a complete disappointment from the beginning of my transaction to the delivery of the vehicle. The internet sales representative asked me to go to the dealer and asked for her upon arrival, but she had no decency to greed me while I was there. Instead I was pushed over to the first sales representative on site. I waited for the vehicle to arrive for four hours, and while I waited, I crunched the final selling price of the vehicle. The final price of the vehicle was higher than the internet price given by the internet sales representative. The sales representative claimed the dealer had installed some parts to the vehicle, and there was no way to remove them. Additionally, the contract had multiple mistakes that could have cost me $2,200.00. When asked why so many mistakes, I was told they would get fixed but no apology was given. I left my new vehicle at the dealer to have new wheels, running boards, and rails installed. The next following days, no follow up was made by neither the service nor sales representative, I had to call the dealer to get an update on the delivery of my vehicle. When I got the manager involved, he stated he would call me with an update, but he never did. I am a disable veteran, with an 850 FICO credit score, and was treated this poorly, I can only imagine how other people with similar needs can be treated when wanting to purchase a car from Spreen Honda. From the sales to the manager there was no internal control procedures to ensure the client’s needs were met. I wholeheartedly do not recommend Spreen Honda for your new vehicle purchase. More
