The service provided by the service department and technician was very good, but I did not like my wait time. I choose to wait for my service but was informed after waiting almost an hour that the pa technician was very good, but I did not like my wait time. I choose to wait for my service but was informed after waiting almost an hour that the part needed for my repair was coming from San Bernadino and my wait time would be extended. I thought the part was on hand! Had I known, I would have gone back home after I checked in. Communication could improve!! More
