I saw a used car and emailed the dealership in my interested and we made appt for Saturday. When Saturday came I went down there and the car that I was interested in was already sold. I was told that interested and we made appt for Saturday. When Saturday came I went down there and the car that I was interested in was already sold. I was told that the 2017 Equinox was not good on maintenance. So I also saw a 2009 Honda CRV and they told he it was hold and someone was interested in the car. I don't know if they can do that, but they did? Some how I got to test drive the car and it drove good. They told me that they looked over the car and make sure everything was working and all. But there were some some things I notice like there is a crack in the lower right windshield on the passenger side, and dog hair in the car and in the trunk and the drivers seat belt does not snap back as quick. I mean I am happy with the car, but my experience was not good because with all the lies and BS that I was getting was just to much. The only person at the dealership that made my day was Morris Kwon, he was understanding and spoke to me with respect and always explained everything to me. I would only go back if Morris Kwon is there to help through the process. More
