Overcharged for mistakes they made and had to pay my own toll when I was left stranded because they failed to inspect battery. Everyone was rude when i stated that because someone failed to fully inspect my car during the oil change, I was left stranded. I do not understand what was so funny when I said I was stranded but your people did not taken me seriously and just laugh jt off like it was no big deal and worst they blame me. I have paid over 1k of unwarranted repairs, have paid your overprice prices for service, and I have only service my car at this dealership just to avoided being stranded because my car is my livelihood but your dealership (spreen honda) has failed me in every possible way, and has even ridicule me. This car that I bought has giving me nothing but headaches, the paint is an awful mess, needs 2k of repairs, the aux plugin stopped working, found scratches on car after service but I said "you know what, as long as the car is up and running and taking me to work its ok, i can deal with it " but the line was crossed when MY CAR STOPPED WORKING WHEN I TOOK IN THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE 3 DAYS BEFORE! I know nothing will happen, my words will not be heard or seen. I just hope i never have to do business with you ever again. More

Extremely unhappy. I decided to purchase a car that I had been leasing for 3 years, so I went to Spreen Honda to take care of the paperwork. After sitting in the lobby for 4 hours I was finally rushed throug been leasing for 3 years, so I went to Spreen Honda to take care of the paperwork. After sitting in the lobby for 4 hours I was finally rushed through paper signing. I was taken advantage and had over $4500.00 added to my financing that I had not agreed on. It was a run-around getting management to do something for me. They finally did reimburse the over-charged amount., but had I not gone over my paperwork from home I would never have run across this over-charge. I believe this was senior predatory abuse.
