Horrible service, Spreen Honda Did body damage to my 2022 brand new 4 day accord, yet Tinted windows, door and key guards Job was poorly done. Yes they were broken little gadget on the air conditioner left brand new 4 day accord, yet Tinted windows, door and key guards Job was poorly done. Yes they were broken little gadget on the air conditioner left my car super dirty, now they need to take it to a specialist to fix the damages of my Vehicle. We’re going to a month and a half waiting for a loaner in order for me to get this fixed. Nonetheless I’ve had contacted customer service the general manager of that Honda dealer and not to mention the financial person there is very disrespectful unprofessional just trying to make it back by selling accessories forcing me to buy something in order to have a deal. He stated , if I didn’t buy any accessories I cannot buy the car. The financial manager there brought me to tears on October 27, 2022. Basically, no deal I think it’s completely wrong for him to force people just to make a percentage of assessors. He should be fired for taking advantage of customers I will never go back to that Honda dealer specially if he is working there we just bought two cars.
