Ultimately, quote not honored and female product specialist bashes internet sales team confessing they know nothing other than Vin# they can pull up. And even said they have 0 say in price. Couldn't answer when I clarified why they work there internet sales team "knows nothing and does nothing" to which she said, "I'm sorry but I know others feel tricked too but it's just coz the team doesn't know what they're talking about" I further clarify that online that exact vin# goes for less and the dealer installed add ons aren't listed but she just repeated she's a product Alexis and knows the car.
